Equipped with comprehensive account management experience built through his trading relationships with Woolworths, Coles, ALDI, Dairy Farm International and multinational and domestic processors, Simon’s knowledge is far reaching and unique.

Simon excels in the application of lean production principles across primary production, manufacturing, maintenance, supply chain, trading and finance and has proven capability in delivering both short and long term quality and profitability improvements for agribusinesses.

Skilled in all aspects of multi-disciplinary permanent workforces, Simon is known for his excellent coaching and mentoring methodologies that build individual performance and deliver improved effectiveness. Simon’s people management also extends to agricultural seasonal labour strategies designed to attract, manage and retain this critical labour stream.
